This site is operated by BLW Consulting Ltd ("BLW", "we"), a company registered in Israel. If you have any question about anything below, email hello@blw.co and a person will answer.

What this site collects

Almost nothing. There is no contact form, no account, no login, no newsletter, and no advertising or marketing tracking on this website.

Two things are worth naming explicitly.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard technical information for every request — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp. This is how the site is served and kept working. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

The booking calendar. Our scheduling is provided by Calendly. The calendar does not load until you click to open it. Once you do, Calendly sets cookies in your browser and receives whatever you enter to book — typically your name, email address, and any note you add. Calendly processes that as a separate company under its own privacy policy.

If you email us instead, we hold that email and your address in our mailbox, the same as any other correspondence.

Whether you have to give it, and what happens if you don't

You are under no legal obligation to give us anything. Everything above is voluntary, and you decide whether to provide it by choosing to book a meeting or send an email.

If you choose not to, the only consequence is practical: we cannot schedule a meeting with you or reply to you. Nothing else on this site is affected. You can read every page without giving us anything, and we will not treat you differently for declining.

Why we hold it

To run the website, to arrange and hold a meeting you asked for, and to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, we do not share it with anyone for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the ones named here.

For anyone in the EU or UK, the legal bases are our legitimate interest in operating a working website and responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Where it came from

Everything we hold about you came from you, directly. We do not buy contact data, we do not enrich it from third-party sources, and we do not scrape it.

Decisions about you

There is no automated decision-making on this site, and no profiling. No algorithm scores you, ranks you, or decides anything about you. If we decide whether to work together, a person decides, in a conversation.

How long we keep it

Server logs are retained by our host on its own schedule, which is short. Bookings and correspondence are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant — typically no more than three years after our last contact — unless we are required to keep something longer.

Who else is involved, and where your data goes

Three service providers, and only these three:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of this website
• Cloudflare — DNS
• Calendly — scheduling, and only after you click to load the calendar

All three are based outside Israel and outside the EU, principally in the United States, so using this site means your data is handled abroad. Each is an established provider operating under its own published privacy terms and standard contractual protections for international transfers. We have not added any other processor, and we will update this list before we do.

If something goes wrong

If personal data we hold is exposed in a security incident, we will notify the relevant authority and, where the incident is likely to affect you, we will tell you directly. We will not wait to be asked.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, ask for a copy of it in a portable format, or object to us holding it at all. Email hello@blw.co and we will act on it. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult.

If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in Israel, that authority is the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not backdate.
